Creative direction and design for CRM and retention campaigns at IL MAKIAGE within the fast-paced DTC beauty space. Email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns were developed to drive engagement and lifetime value, supported by a scalable design system across web, mobile, and email. The work included building and leading a global team spanning 3D, motion, and lettering, producing localized assets for Europe, Australia, and Japan, and introducing AI-powered workflows to streamline production and experimentation.
